Crock Pot Bar B Que Ribs
OH MY GOODNESS!! These ribs are truly the best ribs I've ever had! I'm not sure if it is the rub, the crock pot, or maybe my loving husbands final touch on the grill.?.?. But, these were super yummy!
Ingredients:
1 rack of ribs (I bough St. Louis pork ribs)
1-2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1-1 1/2 c your favorite bbq sauce. (I used Sweet Baby Rays)
Directions:
Mix together the mustard and the salts. Rub the ribs with the seasoning. Cook ribs in crock pot on high 4-6 hours. Now, you can add bbq sauce to your ribs and cook an additional 1-2 hours or you can now place them on the grill, rub in bbq sauce, and let the outside get a little crispy. Oh My you are in for a treat!! ;)
I served my ribs with homemade potato salad and corn on the cob.
Enjoy!

They look delish! Thanks for linking up to The DIY'ers today!
ReplyDeleteI love ribs of any kind--pop them in the crock pot and it makes life so much easier! I love how you add mustard and garlic salt. I will definitely try that the next time I make crockpot ribs! Stopping by from Tasty Tuesdays :)
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon Deanna, My husband loves ribs, so to be able to cook them in a slow cooker is wonderful for me. The first time he ate them was when we visited my daughter in Atlanta, he could not believe the size of the ribs and just how tasty they were. I do make them for him, but I use the oven. I will certainly try this rub and cook them in a slow cooker.
ReplyDeleteDeanna, I have enjoyed my visit, so I have become a new follower. I would like to invite you to visit me at Ivy, Phyllis and Me! when you have a moment to spare.
I found you through Anyonita Tasty Tuesdays.
Best Wishes
